We're seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, convert leads, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls (leads provided) to convert prospects into customers.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop, refine, and implement effective sales strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking: Record all sales activities in CRM and track individual progress against department goals.
- Time Management: Schedule and manage calls efficiently to maximize lead conversion and timely follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate and confident responses.
- Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments for cohesive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Compliance: Adhere to telesales regulations, DNC, data protection, and internal SOPs while maintaining ethical sales practices.
- Customer Engagement: Address and escalate customer complaints promptly to ensure effective resolution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum at Diploma level
- Minimum 1 - 3-year telesales function in insurance/financial services industry
- Excellent conversational skills in English (good in writing)
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Working knowledge in general insurance product is a MUST
- Technically proficient in MS Office, CRM software, softphone and with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Good active listening skills with the ability to engage and address customers needs.
