We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive fluent in Mandarin to join our team in KL Sentral. This role requires an immediate joiner who is passionate about sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing product information, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers in Mandarin.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
