We're looking for a Telesales Team Lead to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing, and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance, and assisting in improving sales results.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Oversee and, when necessary, participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.
- Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in telesales, with at least 3-5 years in a team lead.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven.
