Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Involve in tender closing, tender opening and tender evaluation process.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork.
  • Prepare proposals & clientâs quotation.
  • To participate in tender interview / clarification / negotiation with tenderers.
  • Source and request quotes from vendors.
  • Evaluate quotation from vendors and to negotiate for better prices.
  • To prepare cost comparison analysis within the vendors.
