Test Analyst (Mandarin)

Job Overview 

We are aggressively hiring Test Analyst team player with relentless energy who will be responsible for managing the testing of the project for User Acceptance Testing. The ideal candidate will need to provide the test strategy & planning, manage daily testing progress tracking, daily testing management, proper test defects tracking, defects management & reporting and overall test coordination. 

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand the requirements (BRS/SRS/FRS) 

• Design and execute Test Cases 

• Write thorough unit or integration tests with developers 

• Create and manage system test scripts 

• Document test results and evaluate results; raise the bugs when the actual result is not 

equal to the expected result 

• Involved in SIT and UAT testing activities 

Desired Skills 

• Must have background experience in one of more the following areas (Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance, or Capital Markets, Life Insurance) 

• Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates is a must 

Experience 

• Solid end to end test management experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 

• Able to handle projects as per the Waterfall and Agile methodologies 

• Able to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards (Test Manager) 

• Possess analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization. 

• Must have strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence, organizational ability and time management (Test Manager) 

• Embody the organization culture and align; support organization vision and mission 

• Excellent interpersonal, written & communications skills 

• Highly result oriented and able to work independently 

• Demonstrates ability to build relationship and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders 

• Ability to plan prioritize work / project within the team (Test Manager)
