Test Analyst / Test Manager

What You'll Do

Test Manager (5+ years):

Architect test strategies & plans

Lead UAT with confidence & precision

Manage defect logs, progress reports & sign-offs

Collaborate seamlessly across teams

Drive quality from planning to delivery

Test Analyst (2+ years):

Understand business & system requirements

Design & execute test cases with accuracy

Create test scripts, document results

Identify bugs and collaborate with devs to fix

Support SIT & UAT cycles with hands-on testing

Desired Skills & Experience

• Background in Banking, ePayments, Risk, Compliance, Insurance, or Capital Markets
• Fluent in English, plus Mandarin or Cantonese (a must!)
• Strong in Waterfall & Agile methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
• Outcome-driven, independent, and a real team player
• Leadership and strategic thinking skills (for Test Manager)
