As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role includes overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing practices and to drive improvements in product quality and delivery efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the automation framework.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of automation strategies with overall project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Rust (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts and tools.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within automated test environments.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
