We have adopted a hybrid model that gives employees the ability to work remotely two days a week while ensuring that we come together as a team in the office the rest of the time. The designated in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday for innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.
Are you a recent graduate passionate about electronics, testing, and problem-solving We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to:
- Set up new products and enhance test strategies for existing products to improve test efficiency, yield, and production capacity.
- Support our QA team by analyzing customer failure samples and developing programs to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Train and guide technicians to streamline daily repair operations.
- Troubleshoot test boards and testers when IC failures occur, and implement permanent solutions.
- Ensure smooth operation of test stations by monitoring performance, stability, and robustness, and investigating any deviations.
- Gain hands-on experience with ATE tester platforms such as Teradyne ETS-800, Advantest T2000, T3347, Fusion-CX, and LTX.
- Fresh Graduate in Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, hardware/software integration, and production test methods is a plus.
- Familiarity with C programming is a plus.
