Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and set up recipes for products and troubleshoot all wafer test machines.
• Support Wafer Test Engineering (TESEC & Dynamic) operations, cost reduction programs, productivity, and yield improvement activities.
• Liaise with corresponding departments/sections to achieve overall operations, cost reduction, productivity, and yield improvement activities.
• Handle daily operation matters and manage the lot flow to achieve output targets.
• Achieve quality standards and production output set by the Management.
• To involve in the new plant set-up and preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Wafer processes will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong in semiconductor device knowledge and ability to elaborate working principle of the wafer fabrication process.
• Excellent in electrical characteristic analysis, and able to interpret electrical drawings for Tester problem troubleshooting.
• Communication skills both verbal and written in Japanese will be an added advantage.
• A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal skills.
