Test Hardware Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Conducting emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Managing DUT boards PM schedule and costs
• Ensuring equipment reliability and performance
• Executing hands-on maintenance tasks as required
• Troubleshooting and resolving major DUT board issues
• Collaborating with OSAT and cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies
• Identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Optimizing equipment performance and enhancing productivity

Requirements

• Technician or better
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues quickly
• Good English speaking and writing ability
• 2-7 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and operation, particularly in the OSAT final test production environment
• Familiarity with final test processes and semiconductor manufacturing equipment and environment
• T2K IPSE and LTX-MX tester knowledge
• Cohu Gravity and Delta Matrix Pick and Place handler knowledge
