Job Responsibities:
Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead with expertise in both automation and manual testing to lead and mentor the QA team, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and manual test practices, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end testing activities for projects, including test planning, design, execution, and reporting
- Define and implement test strategies for both manual and automated testing
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Review and approve test cases, test scripts, and test data
- Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
- Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
- Coordinate test efforts across different phases (unit, integration, system, UAT)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide regular status reports and metrics to stakeholders
