Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead Cum Test Manager to oversee our testing efforts in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively.
Test Manager: at least 10 years of working experience in test projects in Banking domain across payments and other modules. Had working experience as Test Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Coordinate and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis related to testing.
- Ensure timely delivery of test results and reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
