Basic Function of The Job:
Maintain tester functionality. DV the testers systematically. Convert Tester as per production and planner triggering. Assist new tester setup. Assist tester GRR. Housing keeping for all testers related. Do whatever it takes to meet or exceed our customers expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
Job Description:
- Ensure all tester operating minimize test equipment down time.
- Responsible for the periodic DV of tester.
- Improve test setup ergonomic and test operating efficiency thru elimination, simplification, integration and automation approaches.
- Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. Elimination, minimizing over rejection on tester, improve performance of tester, etc.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
- SPC monitoring of tester performance.
- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Authorized to stop any tester if the tester facing quality or safety issue.
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

- Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
Authorities:
Authorized to stop the tester if any tester does not fulfill tester control requirement, quality or safety issue.
Job Requirements:
Education: Diploma of in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or relevant.
Experience: At least 1 year of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
Special Skills:
- With good computer literacy, good communication skill.
- Experience in testers or equipment configuring and troubleshooting.
- Experience in tester debug or verification.
