WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....This role will be responsible for the testing governance and own the test automation for the group finance applications (SAP, Ariba, Concur, BPC, BI/BW).
. Govern the Testing Strategy and Test Automation Framework
. Enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
. Build test plans and manage the ongoing follow-ups on the testing activities
. Liaise with the solution architect, COE, and business analyst team on testing related topics
. Manage the test automation tool
. Keep the automation repository up to date
. Define the plan of scaling up the automation coverage and manage the execution
. Identify areas of improvement in the testing process
. Provide supervision and direction to team members
. Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members
. Support the onboarding of new team members
Job Requirements :
Education:
. Degree holder
Experience:
. 8+ Years of experience on Test Management
. Experience in Automation tools such as Tricentis, Worksoft, and Microfocus
. Experience on SAP products is a plus
Certifications / licenses:
. Certified in ISTQB, Tricentis Tosca or similar.
Additional skills
. Excellent command of spoken/written English
. Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) language proficiency would be desirable
