6-10 year of experience in IT infrastructure. Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in leading role
1.Prior experience in banking or finance services environment preferred
2. Strong in defining end-to-end migration test strategy and building test plan/test scope/entry-exit criterias (including infrastructure testing, application integration testing, database validation, network connectivity testing)
3. Experience in testing and automation tools
4. Must have successfully led testing at least for 1 large scale infrastructure migration project
5. Experience in managing multi streams testing teams
6. Good communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills
