Need experience in Insurance domain and should have min 1year working as Test manager.

• Lead and manage end-to-end software testing and QA activities across projects.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules aligned with business requirements.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Track defects, risks, issues, and test progress using tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Manage testing teams, allocate resources, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely completion of testing milestones.
• Drive QA processes, standards, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present test status reports, metrics, and quality dashboards to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure applications meet functional, performance, security, and business quality standards before release.
