Test Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead our testing team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing principles and practices, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for various projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
• Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure thorough documentation of test results.
• Identify and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior testers and other team members.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12-14 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
