Test Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive quality across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for various projects.
• Lead and manage a team of testers to ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective testing.
• Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure all defects are logged and tracked appropriately.
• Review and analyze test results to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
