Test Manager or Test Lead - Singapore

With strong experience in IVR Telephony TMAC and Contact Center testing

Overall 7-10 years in Unified Communications testing

3-5 years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role

Define and own test strategy planning and governance for UC IVR and Contact Center programs
Act as the single point of accountability for quality across releases
Lead and mentor test leads and engineers onshoreoffshore
Report test progress risks and release readiness to senior stakeholders
Manage test cycles environments data and defect lifecycle
Strong experience and Lead testing for
IVR systems Telephony platforms and TMAC applications
Inbound outbound and callback call flows endtoend validation
Test Telecom integrations including CTI SIP VoIP PBX SBC and dialersystems
Exposure to GenesysAvayaCiscoNICEAmazon Connect
Experience in bankingcontact center transformations
Handson knowledge of IVR Automation Tools Empirix Hammer Call Master orsimilar tools
Performance and Load Testing experience for voice platforms
