You will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct functional and performance tests on HVAC, power supply, fire protection, and other M&E systems.
- Verify that all systems and components meet performance and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing and commissioning.
- Prepare detailed reports on testing and commissioning activities, including test results, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all testing and commissioning processes and outcomes.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards
- Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols during the testing and commissioning phases.
- Ensure all M&E systems are installed and functioning according to design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify the quality and performance of systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and regulations.
To be successful for the role:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other equivalent fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in T&C with HVAC, security systems, ELV, ACMV.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Candidates with experience in T&C in factory built-up for semi-con/pharmaceutical buildings is preferred
