Testing Manager, Regional Cards Platform Project, Group Cards, CFS

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive test strategy, plans, outlining the approach, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables for testing the new systems.

• Define the scope of testing with stakeholders, including functional, integration, security, performance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and live test.

• Build and lead a testing team (internal and external), ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform thorough testing and allocate tasks accordingly.

• Oversee the execution of all testing phases (functional, integration, UAT, Data Migration) and track progress to ensure tests are completed on time.

• Document, categorize, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely communication to development teams for resolution and retesting.

• Ensure testing meets quality standards and regulatory/security requirements (e.g., PCI DSS) while generating regular test reports for stakeholders.

• Coordinate UAT preparation, ensuring business teams and end users are engaged, and oversee post go live testing to identify and resolve issues, driving continuous system improvement

Requirement:

• BA BSc Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Possess good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others

• Knowledge and experience in both Card issuing and acquiring processes as well as major card schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB or domestic debit networks is highly preferred

• Highly assertive, ethical, meticulous and a problem solver

• Possess excellent organizational skills including ability to plan own workload and manage priorities

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Possess good working attitude, pro active, resourceful and is a self starter

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, Jira

• Able to work well in a team as well as independently

• Experience in large scale systems testing and proficiency in both manual and automated testing processes
