What You Will Do
As a fresh graduate, you will be trained to handle various parts of the business, including:
- Seller Education: Teach sellers how to use Shopee's features, tools, and promotional campaigns to sell more.
- Campaign Management: Plan and launch sales campaigns for new sellers to give them a winning start.
- Business Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor to help sellers in your portfolio grow their sales and improve their operations.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze sales performance, create reports, and forecast how many new sellers we can bring to the platform.
- Negotiation: Secure great deals and barters from brands to ensure Shopee has the best prices on the market.
Requirements:
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Fresh Graduate) in Business, Arts, Engineering, or any other discipline.
- Language: Good command of English. Chinese language skills are a huge plus!
- Communication: You are a people person. You can explain complex ideas in simple ways.
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and basic Excel to track performance.
- Agility: You can keep up with the fast-paced world of E-commerce and are happy to learn new things.
- Ownership: You take responsibility for your sellers success as if it were your own business.
