IMMEDIATE HIRING- Tiktok Live Host

Location: Seri Kembangan,Selangor

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Time: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and engaging Full-Time Live Host to join our growing team and represent exciting brands across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

You will be the face of the brand during live sessions, engaging with viewers, introducing products, answering questions, and creating an entertaining shopping experience while supporting sales targets.

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior live hosting experience are welcome to apply! Training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase and promote products.

- Interact with viewers in real time through comments, Q&A, and engaging conversations.

- Present product features, benefits, promotions, and offers clearly and confidently.

- Maintain a positive, energetic, and entertaining atmosphere throughout live sessions.

- Encourage audience interaction and support sales and conversion targets.

- Monitor audience responses and adjust the hosting approach to improve engagement.

- Prepare products, props, and basic streaming equipment before each session.

- Handle minor technical or operational issues during live sessions.

- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to improve live-streaming performance.

- Participate in creating short-form video content for TikTok and other social media platforms.

- Stay updated on TikTok trends, social media trends, and live commerce best practices.

- Follow assigned live-streaming schedules, campaign requirements, and company standards.

Requirements

Junior Live Host

- Fresh graduates and first-time Live Hosts are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.

- Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.

- Good command of English and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.

- Comfortable speaking spontaneously and interacting with audiences.

- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or other social media platforms is a plus.

- Willing to learn, receive feedback, and develop skills in live commerce.

- Able to work according to assigned live-streaming schedules.

Senior Live Host

- At least 1 year of experience in Live Hosting, Content Creation, Retail, Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing roles.

- Previous live-streaming experience is highly preferred.

- Strong ability to engage and retain viewers during live sessions.

- Experience in product selling, live commerce, or achieving sales targets is an advantage.

- Good understanding of TikTok trends and social media content.

- Confident in adapting quickly to different products, campaigns, and audiences.

- Candidates with proven live-streaming, engagement, or sales performance will have an added advantage.
