Role Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Tiktok Shop Executive to join our dynamic team at EVERY MORNING SDN BHD located in Simpang Ampat Penang. This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing our company's TikTok presence and supporting our overall social media strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Familiar with TikTok content creation, including basic shooting and editing skills.

• Able to manage social media pages, including posting and scheduling content.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations (order processing, listing updates).

• Able to use Canva for simple design work (as advantage).

• Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet daily deadlines (shipping cut-off times).

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and support operational needs when required.

What we're looking for

• Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos that align with the brand's direction.

• Upload videos, schedule posts, and manage the company's TikTok profile.

• Check and process daily TikTok Shop orders, ensuring they meet shipping cut-off times.

• Track delivery progress and assist in handling failed or delayed deliveries.

• Update product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions on TikTok Shop.

• Create simple marketing materials (brochures, posters) using Canva (as advantage).

• Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the superior.
