Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the daily operations of TikTok Shop Malaysia's local store, formulating and executing GMV growth strategies to achieve sales targets at each stage
- Plan and execute livestream commerce initiatives, build a livestream matrix (brand-owned streams + creator streams), and optimize traffic structure and conversion efficiency within live rooms
- Develop short-video content operation strategies, collaborate with content teams and creators to produce high-converting shoppable videos, and boost organic traffic and Shop Tab exposure
- Manage TikTok Shop paid advertising (LIVE Ads/Short Video Ads/Product Card Ads), oversee ad budgets, and optimize ROI
- Recruit and maintain local Malaysian creator/KOL resources, establish an affiliate marketing collaboration framework, and scale creator-driven sales
- Plan localized marketing campaigns aligned with Malaysian local festivals (Hari Raya/Deepavali/Hari Raya Haji, etc.) and platform mega-sale events
- Analyze key store metrics (GMV, impressions, clicks, GPM, live concurrent viewers) and continuously iterate and optimize operational strategies
- Maintain collaborative relationships with TikTok platform BD teams, securing traffic support, brand zones, and official campaign resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of e-commerce operations experience, including 1+ year of TikTok Shop operations (candidates with Malaysia local store experience preferred)
- Proficient in TikTok Shop platform policies, Seller Center backend, advertising systems, and creator collaboration workflows
- Familiar with TikTok content algorithm logic; experience in livestream operations or short-video content planning required
- Strong data analysis skills; able to independently complete GPM analysis, ad ROI optimization, and creator sales performance evaluation
- Knowledge of the Malaysian local market and consumer behavior; existing local KOL/creator network preferred
- Prior experience in consumer electronics/3C/charging/audio category operations preferred
- Fluent in English (reading and writing); conversational proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) preferred
