Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

  • Timesheet entry for multiple countries in Asia Pacific;
  • Processing and checking of job sheets and weekly timesheets.
  • Any other administrative tasks relating to the Finance and Office Administrative function
  • To be flexible and carry out any duties within your skills and capabilities
  • Ensure full support is provided to ensure timely entry of timesheets
  • Liaison with other Asia Pacific countries to ensure accurate information is gathered and entered correctly
  • Assist with improving processes and liaise with Finance Controller to implement change.
  • Actively promote the Core Values within all work-based activities

Skills And Knowledge Required

  • Experience working across a range of clerical and administrative functions
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to pick up on new software packages quickly
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively towards deadlines
