Job Responsibilities:- Analyze and identify potential improvement opportunities in tool-room operations.
Research and identify new technology in software and equipment.- Planning and implementation of improvement projects together with tool-room team members.
Maintain and upgrade CAD/CAM software ensuring efficient use for tooling fabrication.
- Generate procedures and best practices to standardize and systemize tool fabrication operation.
A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-year related experience and familiar with tool making environment is highly desirable.
Preferable familiar with SolidWorks, CAMWorks or equivalent CAD/CAM software.- Keen attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot process related issues.
A good team player with effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey information.
- Flexible to adapt, have ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
