Tooling Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tooling projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Oversee tool design, assembly operations, and technical problem-solving.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on tooling requirements and issues.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Drive productivity, quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in tooling, mold manufacturing, or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of tooling development, mold design, and assembly processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical and operational teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
