Job Description:

Collaborate with various program teams to gather financial data and validate assumptions.
Develop and maintain forecast models to analyze key business metrics within the overall content business (Shopee Livestream and Shopee Video) such as profitability and operational metrics growth.
Prepare insightful and accurate reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance and trends to local and regional team.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the overall operational and profitability health of the content team and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
Drive data-informed decision-making by tracking performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing process optimizations to enhance project impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field.
Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in consulting, investments, corporate finance, e-commerce, or start-up environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
Proficient in forecasting techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present large data in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
