Role SummaryLead design and implementation of automation frameworks for non-functional testing, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities- Design and build scalable automation frameworks
- Lead execution of end-to-end non-functional test scenarios
- Perform advanced performance, load, and stress testing
- Analyze bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
- Mentor junior testers and drive best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide test strategy inputs
Skills Required - Strong expertise in TOSCA and Selenium
- Experience in automation framework design
- Deep understanding of performance and scalability testing
Skills (Good to Have)- LoadRunner or JMeter
- CI/CD integration and test automation strategy
Requirements- 69 years of experience in non-functional/automation testing
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
