Job Title : Total Reward Lead - HRO - Payroll
Job Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities :
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of compliance reporting process for ASEAN countries.
Work with various internal stakeholders, including outsourced payroll vendor(s) for ASEAN countries to support related inquiries and resolve any error or issues in a timely manner.
Maintain all statutory compliance for ASEAN countries in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures set in ASEAN countries.
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required for ASEAN countries.
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement for payroll administration across ASEAN Countries.
Provide advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines across ASEAN Countries in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Provide support for compensation and rewards strategies approach that attract and retain talent across ASEAN Countries.
Involved in leading Annual Rationalization cycle in the annual increment cycle for salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
To support and leading related Long-term or Short-term Variable related benefit and Incentive communication or negotiation discussion from Total Reward across ASEAN Countries to respective associates.
Provide support for employee benefits and insurance programs across ASEAN Countries with internal stakeholders.
Provide support in overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits for ASEAN countries.
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement for Total Reward across ASEAN Countries.
