We're Hiring: Tours Executive

Location: Malaysia | In-office role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Tours Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands travel products, enjoys building attractive tour packages, and can turn market demand into competitive domestic and international itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop domestic and international tour packages
• Research destinations, travel trends, and competitor pricing
• Build FIT and group tour itineraries
• Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and suppliers for the best rates
• Prepare costing, pricing, and profit margins
• Customize packages based on customer needs
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams
• Update and improve tour products regularly
• Provide tour consultation and handle counter sales

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry
• Strong itinerary planning and costing skills
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and market-aware
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and Google Sheets
• Fluent in English and Malay
• Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage
• GDS knowledge will be considered an added advantage

Working Schedule:

• 5 working days per week
• 2 days off per week
• Must be open to weekend shifts
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
