Trade Control Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trade Control professional with strong expertise in Trade Control, Exception Management, and Front Office (FO) Supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring trade lifecycle integrity, monitoring trading activities, managing exceptions, and supporting regulatory and operational controls across Front Office environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily Trade Control and trade lifecycle monitoring activities.
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Conduct Front Office Supervision (FO Supervision) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor trading activities across OTC Derivatives, FX, and Rates products.
• Support FOBO/FOFO control processes and operational risk management.
• Ensure accurate trade capture, validation, confirmation, and settlement processes.
• Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare control reports, exception logs, and management MIS.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance control frameworks.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Trade Control within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
• Strong experience in Exception Management and Front Office Controls.
• Knowledge of FOBO/FOFO operating models and regulatory control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience supporting OTC Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Rates products.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and operational controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
