Trade Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supports end-to-end Trade Finance operations with a focus on Letter of Credit (LC) processing, including issuance, advising, document registration, and invoice financing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handles registration, validation, and tracking of trade documents, ensuring completeness and correctness before LC processing and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Executes daily operations in line with bank procedures, SLAs, and compliance standards, escalating discrepancies or incomplete instructions when required.
• Coordinates closely with Trade Operations, Compliance teams, and Relationship Managers to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.
• Maintains strict adherence to governance, confidentiality, and internal policies while ensuring error-free data entry and documentation.
• Requires foundational knowledge of trade finance (LC workflows), strong Excel and data handling skills, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
