Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow relationships with key retailers, buyers, and store owners.
- Ensure consistent order flow and achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans, in-store promotions, and activation campaigns tailored to each retailer.
- Monitor product visibility, shelf compliance, and in-store merchandising standards.
- Track sales and campaign performance, analysing sell-in/sell-out data and ROI to support business decisions.
- Lead the planning and coordination of expos and trade events, ensuring smooth execution and strong commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams on launches, replenishment, and trade materials preparation.
Key Requirements:- Possess at least a Degree in Business/Marketing.
- Possess strong communication and articulation skills.
- Progressive, forward looking, knowledge driven and desires to be groomed to be an established professional.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
