Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah alam
Basic Salary RM4000-RM7000 commensurate with working experience
1. Channel Strategy & Activation
Retail Partnerships: Develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans for key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian , Mr.DIY , Speedmart 99, etc).
Promotion Planning: Design and implement in-store promotional activities, including Gift with Purchase (GWP), seasonal bundles, and price-off campaigns.
New Product Launches (NPD): Lead the trade roll-out for new series (e.g., Disney/Marvel collaborations / Laundry Care and others) by ensuring timely stock listing and shelf presence.
2. Merchandising & Visibility
POSM Management: Design, source, and deploy Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) such as floor displays, shelf talkers, and testers.
Planogram Compliance: Collaborate with retailers on planogram proposals to optimize share of shelf and improve category performance.
Market Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution excellence and monitor competitor trade activities.
3. Analytics & Budgeting
Sales Analysis: Deep-dive into sell-in and sell-out data to identify distribution gaps and growth opportunities.
ROI Evaluation: Track the effectiveness of trade spend and promotional investments to ensure optimum returns.
Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on brand performance and competitor movements for senior management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Business Management or equivalent
Possess own transport and willing to travel for market visitation
Preferably 1 5 years of working experience in trade marketing FMCG
Knowledge / experience in health & beauty / Personal Care related products is significant advantage. (Not compulsory)
Must be willing to work at Shah Alam , Selangor
