A Day In The Life

The Trade Marketing Operations Manager is a key player in driving trade marketing and consumer activation efforts across the Asia region. This role demands a meticulous review of promotions and trade programs to ensure they align with the high-octane standards of our company and brands, while also dodging any potential risks.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Process owner for all trade marketing-related processes, including but not limited to promotions, sampling activations, trade executions, premiums & apparel, and ensuring smooth and on-time execution by local marketing teams.
  • Review and analyze local promotions and trade programs to ensure they deliver on business objectives, meets brand standards and relevance to local consumer, so to identify key supports and approvals required from HQ to deliver programs successfully.
  • Conduct due diligence to identify and address any potential risks associated with the local marketing program, while collaborating with the Senior Marketing Programs Manager to ensure full endorsement of programs by the relevant cross-functional teams in HQ.
  • Independent in developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Asia Marketing Operations team to assess program statuses, identify and address gaps in the workflow with HQ and recommend improvements to ensure higher effectiveness of workflow.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing or similar field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3 - 5 years of experience in trade marketing.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advance user of Microsoft Power point, Word, Excel.
