Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Process myCieds system.
- Process Customs Forms K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9, and ZB (PKFZ).
- Check Tariff Finder (HS Code) for accurate classification.
- Seek and gather required information from relevant sources as part of the declaration process.
- Prepare and submit data/documents required for import/export customs declarations.
- Monitor declaration status and follow up with shippers and the customs system on any issues.
- Ensure all declarations are completed accurately and handled according to case requirements.
- Prepare reports as assigned by the Team Lead.
- Provide Customs forms and PKFZ submissions on time based on the agreed TAT.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Possess minimum SPM or any any related certificates.
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
- Have basic knowledge in Microsoft office
- A fast learner with good initiative and work attitude
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and able to work in fast-paced environment
