Job Description

This role supports post-trade trading systems to ensure trades are processed correctly from capture to settlement and reporting. It involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting production issues, validating trade data, and supporting platforms like ENDUR and IMOS. The role also works with operations, risk, finance, and technical teams to maintain system stability, resolve incidents, and ensure accurate trade processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incident Management

  • Investigate and resolve issues in trading systems.
  • Fix problems such as trade capture errors, settlement failures, and reconciliation issues.
  • Work with development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to solve system problems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and document incidents.

2. System Support & Maintenance

  • Support post-trade systems such as ENDUR and IMOS.
  • Assist with system maintenance, patches, and upgrades.
  • Perform validation checks after system updates.
  • Ensure systems are ready for daily operations and reporting.

3. Trade Processing Support

  • Monitor the trade lifecycle from trade capture to settlement and reporting.
  • Ensure data consistency between front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems.
  • Support trade reconciliation processes.
  • Investigate discrepancies in positions, P&L, or settlement records.

4. Technical Support for Teams

  • Provide support to operations, finance, risk, and trading support teams.
  • Help users with system access, workflows, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot issues affecting trade processing or reporting.

5. System Configuration & Data Validation

  • Assist with configuration updates related to trade processing.
  • Validate system data and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain system documentation and support audit requirements.

6. Documentation

  • Maintain operational guides and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Document recurring issues and solutions.
  • Update procedures after system changes or incidents.
