Trade Support Manager

Location: KL, Malaysia

Title: Manager, Trade Support

Our client, a leading energy and commodities trading organisation, is hiring a Manager, Trade Support to own the stability and accuracy of its trade lifecycle systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring of trade and post-trade systems
• Lead incident resolution and escalation for issues affecting trade validation, settlements and calculations
• Ensure successful execution of EOD processes, including trade validation, settlement, P&L and risk updates
• Manage recovery procedures when EOD runs fail
• Manage patches, upgrades and fixes, including testing, rollback readiness and vendor coordination
• Support middle and back office teams and ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
• Work with trading, finance and risk teams and communicate operational updates
• Lead and coordinate the Trade Support team

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in trade support or trading operations systems
• Hands-on experience with Endur, IMOS or similar trading systems
• Working knowledge of trade lifecycle systems
• SQL and data validation skills
• Experience with batch and EOD processing
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Leadership and coordination skills
