Proven experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), optimizing workflows, or improving processes with measurable outcomes.
Hands-on involvement in operational or system enhancement projects, including gathering requirements and coordinating implementation.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with incident handling, escalation workflows, and severity prioritization.
