Responsibilities
- Assist in the milling process to ensure the production of high-quality flour and other products.
- Monitor and control milling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the milling area and equipment.
- Support senior millers in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues.
- Document and report production data and any anomalies to the production manager.
