Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Training - Design and implement training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• New hire, refresher-training and content creation.
• New Hire - Act as a buddy for New Hires & Needs to provide all necessary mentor support to new hire.
• Documentation - Responsible for creation, updating & modification of training documents & its deployment on floor with TAT.
• Quick Learning & Understanding of Policy Updates & Its deployment on floor within TAT. Critical thinking is required.
• Client Communication - Regular discussion with the Client Training Team participate in client calls and discussion.
• Knowledge checks – rollout, analyse and report out, work on gaps based on findings.
Requirement:
• Associate must be at least hold a Trainer / SME in the current role for at least 2-4 years of experience
• Strong communication, coaching, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in Keynote and MS Office
• Comprehensive knowledge of all policies and workflows
