Job Description
Short Role Summary:
Our client are looking for a Training Administration Executive to join their team and play an important role in ensuring our training programmes run smoothly and effectively.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in training coordination, HR administration, L&D or event coordination who are looking to further develop their career in a dynamic corporate environment.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and maintain the annual training calendar, ensuring programmes are scheduled and coordinated effectively.
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including venue arrangements, training materials, equipment, refreshments and other requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers and external training vendors to ensure training sessions are well organized.
- Manage procurement, purchase orders, invoices, payments and vendor coordination related to training activities.
- Monitor and manage training budgets and department expenses, ensuring expenses are properly recorded and within budget.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, participant information and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and update training dashboards, reports and tracking files for management review.
- Track training attendance, completion and compliance status to ensure employees meet the required training requirements.
- Support trainers in preparing training materials, participant lists, feedback forms and evaluations.
- Coordinate post-training activities, including training evaluations, feedback collection and documentation.
- Assist in organising training events, workshops, engagement activities and other L&D initiatives.
- Ensure training administration processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor the company's annual training compliance rate and follow up with relevant departments where necessary.
- Provide general administrative support for the Learning & Development / HR team when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in training administration, L&D, HR administration, event coordination or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards and tracking records will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, trainers and external vendors.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
