Training Executive Cum Trainer

To develop a competency and skill sets in the company's intermediaries and sales representative to perform sales and marketing effectively, ethically and professionally.

• Training Planning and Execution: Work closely with Sales Heads, Learning Head, and Banca Business Head to plan, develop, schedule, and implement General Business training programmes for bankers, agents, and other distribution channels that will help to support achievement of business goals, sales targets, regulatory requirements, and competency development.
• Training Content Development and Enhancement: Develop, review, and enhance General Business training programmes by incorporating relevant sales ideas, market trends, and business strategies to improve participants knowledge, skills, behaviour, and sales performance, while ensuring content remains relevant, practical, and aligned with business, product, and regulatory requirements.
• Business Support and Field Engagement: Participate in field engagements, sales coaching, business activities, and company events to understand market needs, gather feedback, knowledge gap and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness.
• Training Administration and Governance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance, and assessments, while ensuring the proper management and confidentiality of all training-related documents and information.
• Training Needs Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct training needs analysis and post-training evaluations to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business performance and stakeholder feedback.
• Training Impact Assessment: Conduct training impact assessments through bank branch visits and engagement with bankers to evaluate behavioural and performance improvements toward general Takaful business.

Possess a Degree in Insurance, Takaful Studies or Islamic Finance.

0 - 2 years of experience in the Insurance / Takaful industry

Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills, effectively engage participants, address queries with confidence, and serve as a reliable source of knowledge and guidance
