This role also involves planning and executing events that foster a positive workplace culture, aligned with GBR Group's mission of empowering people and building long-term success.
Training & Development
Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across departments within GBR Group.
Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (in-house or with external providers) to support upskilling and career development.
Create engaging training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules in line with company values and business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, recommending improvements for continuous growth
Employee Engagement & Events
Plan and organize employee engagement events, workshops, and upskilling activities.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions and employee development events.
Support initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee morale.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate training records and employee development databases.
Prepare training schedules, reports, and post-training evaluations.
Ensure training programs comply with internal policies and industry best practices.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with managers and department heads to align training initiatives with business needs.
Liaise with external trainers, vendors, and partners for specialized training programs.
Provide administrative support for HR projects related to employee development
