Job Description

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement training strategies, programs, and learning modules tailored for Smart Device products and services.
Lead a team of Trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver effective new hire training, upskilling, and continuous learning initiatives.
Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and client stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Ensure training content is up to date with product launches, feature updates, and process improvements.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide coaching and guidance to trainers to enhance facilitation skills and knowledge delivery.
Prepare training reports, dashboards, and updates for both internal leadership and client partners.
Ensure compliance with BPO and client-specific standards, policies, and certification requirements.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging feedback, training analytics, and best practices in learning & development.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Diploma or above in any field
Minimum 57 years of experience in a BPO environment, with at least 1-2 years in a Training Manager role.
Proven experience handling training in BPO highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and modern training tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage projects, timelines, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into training solutions.
Willingness to work flexible shifts if required to support global clients.
Fluency in English (Verbal and Written) is a must
