Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales to lead and manage training initiatives that enhance the skills and performance of our sales teams. The Training Manager will play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs tailored to the pharmaceutical sales environment, ensuring our teams are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance training to succeed in a competitive market.

Job Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance the performance of sales teams.
  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs within the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
  • Design and develop training materials and content specific to pharmaceutical sales.
  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for the sales team, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to improve sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Ensure all sales training programs comply with industry regulations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics like sales performance and feedback, and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure training aligns with sales targets and business objectives.
  • Stay current on pharmaceutical sales trends and training methodologies to ensure content is relevant.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; certification in Training & Development is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record in sales performance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on improving sales performance through training.
  • Excellent written and verbal English
