- Performs data processing of complex Learning Management System (LMS) transactions according to Work Instructions
- Trains, certifies and coaches team members to perform LMS data processing
- Investigates LMS data errors, prepares related summary report for the client, and updates Work Instructions, as appropriate
- Pulls Learning Management System reports, manipulates data, and prepares summary for client review
- Trains and coaches all team members in accordance with Work Instructions and coordinates project assignments
- Investigates and responds to client issues, such as audit discrepancies
- Monitors to determine that client standard operating procedures and processes are maintained
