Role Overview

Manage internal supply chain transactions to ensure the timely delivery of customer commitments. Collaborate closely with order management and factory scheduling teams to maintain operational alignment, resolve exceptions, and coordinate changes to product parameters and routing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales order and delivery note data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain data across planning systems to ensure data consistency, system synchronization, and accuracy across platforms.
• Generate and publish regular reports to support operational planning and performance monitoring.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and planning metrics to support timely decision-making.
• Coordinate with order management, factory scheduling, and other relevant teams to resolve internal exceptions and maintain smooth supply chain operations.
• Support changes to product parameters and routing processes in accordance with operational requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP transactions and system functionality.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a task-oriented approach with effective follow-through.
• High commitment to data accuracy, quality, and process compliance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and support a follow-the-sun operating model when required by business needs.
